An incorrect adjustment for a certain ink spread. The printed bars are out of specification, being either too narrow or too wide.





Labels are placed too close to the corner of the box, so the barcodes are too close to the edge.





Faulty printheads cause missing bars or white horizontal lines across the barcode.
