Integral Conveyors

All Codeology equipment can now be supplied with integral conveyors. Incorporating stainless steel or aluminium stands, extruded aluminium bodies and hidden drum roller the conveyor has been designed to provide a long trouble-free life in a factory environment. Available with feet, castors or both and with various bed heights, widths and conveyor speeds to meet customer specifications.

As we couldn't find a control panel to meet our exacting requirements, we designed our own. This stainless steel enclosure incorporates world-class Klockner Moeller contactors and overload relays. Designed with the engineer in mind, cable glands slot in to the metalwork to allow easy panel removal and replacement and the overload reset button is  accessible through the front panel.

We even designed our own simple to adjust guiding. This is especially convenient where case tapers are used and you have many different width boxes to pack.
